Within the depths of the mainland laid a small neutral area between each clan's colliding borders. Many considered this the neutral meeting spot for all, others figured it was a spot to throw down. Nevertheless, the hope that this untouched field would bring neutrality and peace while members of all clans discussed their problems. Who knew if it would live up to that hope. Mostly, this would be considered a nice opportunity to meet new faces. Nevertheless, important and much needed discussions would happen here between older members.

Long wings extended out the sides flapping softly as she glided over a mountain range having headed out separate from the rest of her group. She remembered doing things like this long ago but more recently snowbound had tried this before they seemed to recede from the spotlight. Jiyu had managed to attend that one so she figured that this one wouldn't be much different. All she had to do? Was not kill anyone or offend them for a few hours in a wide open field or be able to get away. The vizier solved her problem very easily, she'd just fly over the gathering watching it and responding if she was questioned. Protection? Was always more her thing, so she'd just fly about fifteen feet above the field and observe the others.

bai shi was second, the golden dragon sliding through the air, coming to a stop rather gently. the near entirety of the eastern dragons left forearm was bandaged or scabbed over, silver tinting the golden scales.

the nomarch of the rosebloods nodded to jiyu, silent as they moved around, securing the location from any potential battles. they had no desire to repeat what happened with tanglewood, not the battle that happened there. and nor did they wish to have another capture from the pitt. with everyone starting to approach the borders of the rosebloods, they wanted to make sure that no harm could befall the group or the other high positions. they would need to call a council with jiyu and sephiroth, and very soon.

new to the scene and always curious, a young girl from the pitt would make her way to this supposed mass gathering, her nose a-twitch with all of the strange scents surrounding her. her ears were laid back, eyes roaming the area, taking in the kind lady who had looked after her when she had first been lost, before her uncle had tracked her down and brought her with him to join the group they were in right now.

she wore some loose and dirty bandages around her neck, hiding an ugly wound that she had gotten for helping the big golden dragon in the clearing to escape from her group's dungeon. she had been under the impression that it had just been a great big game of hide and seek. she was the youngest of the lingre children, and she barely knew who her parents were, just the fleeting warmth and name of her father and the face and scent of her other father, rueben, before he had disappeared one stormy night on their trip out to the coast for training.
