Orion gave an announcement in the Rosebloods at least that there was a server restoration to come-- this was given an hour ago. They gave no warning onsite. For some reason, the announcement has been deleted from the RB server. But here was the original.

We recently had an unexpected problem with the shop- it broke. Powers were lost in it, and everyone lost their items. We had to restore the server to August 16th 12:32am to gain those back. I apologize that posts were lost, and that it wasn't announced on site- it was really unexpected and happened so suddenly. Sadly, this is my fault and I'm going to be the first to admit it. An update within the shop caused the server to backstep and shoot itself in the face, causing the loss of all inventory and shop items. At first I tried to restore these files, but no luck. Then I contacted our host, along with SMF support and the modification creator to figure out the problem. They gave me the same answer: restore the files within public_html... as you can see previously, that did not work. An announcement *was* given on site about the shop problems, but that was also lost. It wasn't as prominent as the announcements on Discord where I tagged @everyone, thinking I would need to reset the entire server back to August 16th. Figuring that I didn't need to restore the entire server, I noticed that some files upon uninstallation of the shop files were within the database as tables. 'Ol me said 'hey, let's try restoring that'.... and I did. I just didn't expect to restore the database with the shop files in it to then lose posts along with it. With our host, I can only restore the *whole database* (which I learned today) instead of *just the shop files*. Simply, even with out knowing it, I made the decision to risk an override a day's worth of work versus month's of items, as it would cause more trouble.
