It was a marvel, at least to her it was. She had not expected anyone actually wanting to come back with her. Especially not from a group that she had yet to make any headway with. But here she was after a smooth invitation to come and witness her home. A part of her was curious as to why the other woman had said yes at all. After all there were and would always be the reminders of what the Coalition had done. The news, the rumors, stories being told far and wide. But perhaps some would be impressed. She wasn't though and she never would be. She wanted more. Craved the attention of the eyes on her. There was always a thirst to bring her enemies to their knees and well, so far they were doing just that and now she was waiting for a response. Building up the Condemned. Starting here.

But she had no plans on asking for aid now. A new friendship didn't start with being used so quickly. The Coalition could stand on their own when they needed to and she was sure that someone would try and fight. Still the boat crest the waves as they came upon the shore of the many broke islands. A home and once docked she gave a coy smile, lifting her head up to take in the cold air. "Well, this is it and there is much to see. Come, come, I'll show you." The lioness purred smoothly before she allowed her form to walk down the ramp and onto the wooden deck and then forward toward home. The beach still held the funeral pyre of her mother. Broken and ash filled but she never looked at it.

The Coalition of the Condemned. Although Cleopatra did not know them well, there were always rumors sparking around the different groups of the Beyond. "It is beautiful." Cleopatra mused, following after Sojourn in her black cloak. It didn't do a hole lot to protect her from the weather but it was definitely a lot better than having nothing at all. Being a hairless cat definitely was not a good time in environments such as this.

"I appreciate you bringing me here, Sojourn. It is quite the honor." Cleopatra was curious about the group - maybe about Sojourn as well. There was something about the lioness that had Cleo intrigued, though she had yet to find out why. Perhaps time will tell. "You mentioned cloaks earlier, did you not? I hate to ask this so suddenly, but it is rather hard for me to keep warm here with only my cloak." Rabbit's fur wasn't very thick, at least not enough to keep her warm.[glow=black,1,400] ━ ✧*:･ﾟ[/glow]

"Quite the honor..." The lioness mused and she glanced at Cleo for a moment. Taking in her form, the fact that she was a hairless cat had barely crossed her mind. Although she supposed that being in this type of environment would cause a could of problems or two. The woman began to lead the way toward the mountains. The village home that they all loved dearly. It had suffered a mudslide not too long ago but clean up efforts seemed to help with that. Better it in fact. But she was aware of her guest. "Ah, yes, the fur pelts that we have. I should have a serval pelt that should fit you nicely." The woman had a tiger pelt of her own but she hardly cared about wearing it. Or maybe a lynx one would do better? The Kingpin was quiet as she led the way and eventually they came to the village. The woman didn't get many looks, those that looked at her were wary. It was something the woman never paid much mind to.

She didn't have friends. She had soldiers and fighters. People she talked with and nothing more than that. She lived in her own frigid world. With care she went into her home and brought out the lynx pelt for Cleo, attempting to drop it over her frame. "Welcome to the Coalition’s mountain village. We have a tavern too should you wish to stay overnight. Normal life goes on here. Sometimes a few...shows as well."

It wasn't obvious that the Coalition had suffered through a massive mudslide recently; or at the very least, wasn't extremely obvious. Cleopatra could tell that the village had gone through something recently but the Coalition seemed to have bounced back stronger from it. She was silent as Sojourn went off into her home, awaiting the Kingpin's return and allowed her to drape the lynx coat across her body. "This is an amazing town that you lead, and a wonderful tradition with the fur coats. Clever, might I add." It was something new, that's for sure. Fur cloaks weren't something that others would think of and honestly, Cleo wouldn't be surprised if Arlo would detest it.

"If it is alright with you, I wouldn't mind staying here for the night. I do enjoy seeing some shows." In reality, she was curious as to what Sojourn meant by that, but it was also a far trek back home - one that she'd likely have to take herself. Cleopatra enjoyed Sojourn's company, as weird as that may seem. "A drink or two might be nice as well. I have not had wine in quite some time."[glow=black,1,400] ━ ✧*:･ﾟ[/glow]
