It's hard not to like Crow, considering he's the leader, but even if he wasn't Moth feels as though she'd still like him. He seems to her like family, and although he doesn't have too many children, she knows that he's a good father, or, at least, seemed to have been a good father to Selby by what she's seen. Despite their few interactions, Moth sees him as a father figure to her, and is one of the members of the group that she knows she can trust fully.

To make it short, Beck is someone that Moth is uncomfortable around. Her first meeting with the poltergeist was one of a prank where he used his own blood - something she deemed odd as well, considering it's effects on things - to write a word on the wall of Crow's abode. Although it hadn't been in malicious intent, she saw it as so, and she can't get it out of her mind when she sees him. Although he's been injured recently and won't do anything to harm her on purpose, she feels as though she can't trust him due to his odd tendencies and his carrying a head back to camp, not to mention his most recent outburst. Despite all of that, she does want to get to know him more and hope to get to understand the boy better.
