human rp questions

these are probably not very bright questions, but here i go lol these are all questions aimed towards the human rp section:
- would a person be able to have wings? specifically retractable wings? (so they'd be able to unfurl / expand out but also go into the person's back to be unnoticeable) could they then be able to fly, if they had wings?
- what kind of technology is allowed in human rp? things like phones? or mp3 players? electricity?
- would hair dye be a thing? Could characters have natural odd colored hair? (Such as a straight silver or pink color that they were born with?)
- could animals have a natural attraction to your character? such as they were drawn to them, or went to them, at times, when they were hurt? is it possible for your character to be able to understand animals? could they understand plants? or be able to sense their life force/presence?
- are all of the powers in the shop able to be bought and played with in human rp? (such as intangibility, teleportation, etc?)
- what's the difference between amorphous, shapeshifting, and possession?
- can human characters be reincarnated?
- with telepathy, could you technically make y/c look like whatever you wanted to? and the image could change, bc it's just an illusion? so, like, y/c is holding what looks like a flower, but it's actually a coin?

I don't rp in human, but might be able to answer a couple questions!
-Amorphous means your character can shift into only one other character, shapeshifting means you can shift into another creature, and possession means you overthrow the host and take over it's body, and for human rp, I believe you can only shapeshift to other humans. I may be wrong, though.
-I think that illusions would fall under mental manipulation, such as the ones you describe. Telepathy is basically nonverbal communication, and I think that's all the power allows.
-Electricity is a thing, but I'm pretty sure phones and mp3 players are not.

For aesthetic reasons only, yes.

Anything powered by a battery or mechanic. Battery operated radios, typewriters, etc.

Hair dye is fine!
Characters born with odd colored hair would be counted as a mutation.

Nope.

Yep. The only necessary restriction we have is that shapeshifting/possession is only for shifting into other humans, such as Mystic from X-Men, but not animals. Amorphous is a power for one animal transformation.

Yes.

You can do this with mental manipulation, but you'd have to say 'aim' or 'attempted' if it's in a malicious intent or else it would come off as powerplaying.

Ahh, thank you! So you wouldn't be able to fly with the wings? Is there something in human rp that would make your character be able to fly or  not?

Could your character have an untraditional pet? Such as a wolf?

Edit; for the wings, could they specifically be butterfly wings?
