She nodded to Caesar, as though his answer made perfect sense - as, naturally, she saw the hidden mechanisms behind his madness. Her four eyes blinked, first the right pair then the left, as she curiously appraised him for the next few moments. With her second attempt at manipulation, she left the start of it open-ended; now, she felt a touch sad that she might not get to see his first reaction to his newly acquired misophonia. Her left ear twitched as she regretfully supposed it happened for the best; she already slipped up with creating a mud pile under Caesar while being around him, best to avoid the male for a while.

Her left eyes drifted to Goldie as the child spoke, perplexity showing on the ocelot's face. She never heard the usually sweet girl say such vulgar things; the bengal hardly seemed capable of vocalizing such disgust over anyone. Well, Rosie didn't want to get too involved, as she already disliked Caesar but wished to not stick out too much among the crowd of the other Caesar-haters. Attempting to touch Goldie's shoulder with her two tail-tips, she tilted her head as she suggested, "Why don't we leave him with his snails and go make some treasure maps? I'm sure that'd make a good surprise present for Pincher." Kill two birds with one stone - leave this weird scene without causing more drama and bonding with her chipper niece.

Were Coldblue aware of Rosemary's part in Caesar's rather disgusting display of dietary preference, he might have pissed himself laughing. Honestly, there is nothing better than petty revenge. Imagine the possibilities! Implanting a suggestion within the subconscious to wet the bed every night. Or maybe to take a nap on top of an ant's nest (a variation that is not too dangerous, of course). To compel another to experience many inconveniences, seemingly of their own accord, is arguably the greatest power imaginable. One might argue that the world is lucky that Blue is neither aware nor in possession of such an ability, for he most certainly would use it for his own benefit. Coldblue is not a bad kid, but he most certainly behaves in accordance to his whims. And that means a mixture of good, evil, and selfish. So instead of gleefully gushing over the brilliance of his (rather strange) aunt's abilities, the child entertains himself by making a jab at Caesar. "I wonder if that is the reason why he's such a slimy bastard," muses the youth with a haughty smirk. Even though Blue looks right at the male in question, he only addresses the others; a subtle display of arrogance and social class. He is, albeit non-verbally, insinuating that Caesar is so low compared to the rest of the crew that he does not even possess the honor of speaking for himself. Is it rude? Yes, of course. However, Coldblue never claimed to be nice, especially to people outside his family. And in his humble opinion, Caesar does not deserve to be treated kindly after his misguided push for leadership during the brief period in which Pincher was dead. Blue stood proudly among the Caesar-haters, as Rosemary calls them.

Satisfied with his heckling, Coldblue turns his attention to his relatives. The seal lynx youth moves to stand beside his sister, tapping her lightly with the end of his tail and offers both females a charming half-smile. "That sounds fun," he says in response to Rosemary's suggestion to make a present for Pincher or something. "Mind if I join you?" The boy is not that motivated to make anything for his father given Blue's low-opinion of him, but he likes spending time with Goldie. The motivation is a little genuine and a little selfish. Genuine in his love for Goldie. And selfish in that he is subconsciously attempting to dispel the guilt he feels for isolating himself from her for so long. Emotions are so complex.

One ear swiveled in Coldblue's direction as her nephew spoke, accompanied with one auxiliary set of eyes. That, she suppose, might be part of Goldie's influence to heckle Caesar out of character; the two siblings seemed as different as night and day, yet remained stuck at the hip. While she noticed the twinge of blue-violet disgust to his voice, so closely matching his sister's momentary outburst, she wondered if Goldie's kindness might reflect in the haughty child just as she reflected her brother's repulsion. This made her soften a bit towards Coldblue, as in all honesty Rosemary never knew what to make of Pincher's sons. Male children acted very strangely to her, as she never grew up alongside brothers or nephews or other young boys.

As he posed the question to her, she nodded in agreement. True to their usual close relationship, he wanted to tag along with the map-making - fine with her. She needed to form an actual relationship with her nephews as well, and Coldblue seemed the smartest of the lot. His retorts showed cunning for his age, even if he seemed incapable of applying said cunning to a useful endeavor. But, as she flicked her tails, she internally supposed that's what Aunti Rose was for - teaching Pincher's spoiled kids the intellectual and savvy lessons their minds needed to grow.

"Not at all; the more eyes, the more accurate the perception," she told him, her mouth forming a content grin for a moment. A bit of an obvious pun, but still amusing to speak.

she sniffled, turning away as she felt the touch of rosemary. her words caused her ears to perk upward and whole face to light up. treasure maps! for papa! she gave a small, genuine grin. she loved to make papa presents...that's why she learned how to cook and about herbs and she drew and, so many things. she was delighted at the thought of pleasing him. she was so excited about the idea, that she ended up forgetting about caesar for a moment. that was, until her brother entered the picture.

she couldn't up but giggle at the comment. she knew it was mean, but he deserved it. but, maybe rosemary had a point. they were all ganging up on caesar at this point, perhaps it was growing unfair. she twitched her ear as blue asked about joining in, a little surprised, but certainly happy about it. she looked to rosemary with expecting before responding, hoping she would accept. when she did, she would allow herself to grin again, her tail twitching back and forth excitedly. "that's a great idea!"
