Chernabog hardly participated in mating season. One, she was never really interested in offspring - just holding down a territory and hunting rights. But now, surrounded by other dragons who participated in the season, she was feeling more and more lonely. It was nothing new - she often felt lonely but the feeling would pass within the day. But not now. Now, the feeling persisted, the calls of other dragons igniting a feeling she long since locked away.
She was walking along the wastes when she heard Renlys. Confused by the sound at first, she lifted her gaze. Eyes met the frills and she found herself with eyes locked onto his flying figure. A low roar, a bellow, sounded from her from below, not yet deciding to join him in the air.
