Despite Delilah being a familiar face, her pressing her face against his fur caught Vigenere off guard and he flinched slightly, though made no movement to push her away. "I'm fine, they... surprisingly didn't hurt me physically." The mental torture that happened, though... Vigenere didn't want to dwell on it. He hated how powerless it had made him feel. Some dream demon he was, if he couldn't fight against a simple manipulation tactic.

Goldenluxury commenting on how she was The Pitt's worst nightmare did bring a smile to Vigenere's face, though her weariness is what cause his own cheerfulness to falter. "Golden, I promise I'm fine." He meowed. "But what about you?" He hadn't been here when Goldie had come to announce Sam's death, so he had no idea what had her so stressed. He honestly thought it was just related to being a leader; hell, he was stressed most of the time anyway. He paused at Goldenluxury's question regarding The Pitt's promise, tilting his head in thought. "You mean about the whole. Slave thing, right? As far as I've noticed, they didn't bring that back." Hopefully that would ease some stress off her.[glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:･ﾟ[/glow]
