STEPPING ON MY TOES / decorating tree

That was a Christmas tree.  She liked Christmas trees.  But she didn't like Goldenluxury much.  The scary tigress.  Aine lingered back, ears flicked down, torn between different wants.  Decorate.  Stay away.  Decorate?  Stay away?

Luckily, her indecision fell to a halt at the sound of buzzing.  Uh-oh.  "Astair!  Astair, wait!" She squeaked, scrambling up on her paws and running after the massive cicada.  The petite vixen would attempt to lightly push on the dragon's legs, to simply communicate the need to stop.  She knew she was not stronger than the giant insect but the attempt might be enough to catch his attention.

A Christmas tree was not for eating.  At least he hasn't gotten to my garden... She may need to find a method of dragon-proofing her little plant haven somehow.

"Do'ya have any other trees?" Hopeful.  "He's just real hungry." Because someone set the jungle on fire.  A bitter thought, but logical to her.  This was the scary tigress and her friend's fault.
