Of course, those two were practically harmless, but what would they being doing at his mentor's room? is thoughts immediately went to worst case scenarios, and in one moment he was walking briskly down the hall and the next he was just there, standing in the middle of Luna's room with a scowl.
"What's going on?" he demanded, stare sweeping over Luna -- evidently he was still on edge after Tanglewood's antics, particularly twitchy when it came to his returned mentor. He eyed her new body and scowled harder, looking displeased. "What's wrong? What happened? Are you okay? What the fuck is all of this?"
It's not that it was a bad look, but Bast was clearly displeased with sudden changes occurring to Luna with no notice. What if Tanglewood had done something to trigger this? Those stupid slimy swamp fuckers totally would.
Honey, you're familiar, like my mirror years ago, Idealism sits in prison, chivalry fell on his sword, Innocence died screaming; honey, ask me, I should know, I slithered here from Eden just to sit outside your door. [sup]▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃[/sup]
