He asked, feeling as if he were reciting poetry to her, and reached out a hesitant, clean paw, hovering over her own paw. He didn't want to touch her. She was so dirty, and gross, but her voice and her body- he sniffed, smelling the iron and blood, nearly overcoming his own scent.
Oh, he could imagine it now, and it terrified some primal part of his mind. And yet, he imagined it. He loved the idea of it but.... "We couldn't let my boss find out about this, lovely Ariside." Dimitri wouldn't let him have this. Dimitri woulddo something to punish him- or Dagon would, and the idea of Dagon punishing him... terrified him more than she did.
