Kids Playing Ball.

Far too used to seeing scaled beasts act no better than ferals, Maisie seemed to be a welcome change to the stereotype. Every gut instinct told him not to get his hopes up, for age would probably be a bigger deciding factor than anything nurture could offer her ('teenagers' were the worst), for now he would let the dinosaur enjoy herself though. Besides, he knew if he tried to teach her the wrong things, there was gonna be a pack of pissed off savages breathing down his neck - once he would've been bold enough to take them on, nowadays without powers it would be nothing short of suicide.

Why was he thinking so far ahead? The female only seemed to want to play, judging by the human toy she was carrying about with her. Letting out a tired grumble, Feliks chose to ignore it until he heard more commotion surrounding Masie and her find. Sighing and telling himself that if he wanted sleep he should've just retreated to his home, the Striker stood himself up, offering a playful smirk in greetings. Unlike Beck and Suvi, he didn't seem interested in playing the game, devoid of energy still, but regardless the hybrid seemed happy to socialise. "Should help build good hunting instincts if we played fetch instead," he teased, sitting down close by.
