Frustration. Anger. Rage. Fury.
All of those words had been in Suiteheart's vocabulary since she could remember. Perhaps it was the leftover remnants of her last past life, but the white feline had always felt some sort of wrath brewing within her form. While she so often came off as relaxed and calm as still waters, the fae was also explosive and had a hair-trigger temper - especially in her early days.
As a young child, things were normal. She was happy and calm. And then, it was as if a switch had been tripped; tantrums became the norm alongside episodes of extreme outrage. She tried so desperately to control the angry feelings that seized her heart and controlled her mind, but that was easier said than done... How many nights had her mother cradled her after a fight while she wept and her mother pretended not to cry too? How many times had her poor father looked sadly at her because he didn't know how to help her direct her anger? How many times had her siblings been scared to say something in fear of triggering her fury? It had taken months to finally gather up enough of herself to leave as she was too scared hurt her family any more.
Those thoughts briefly burned in her mind as she witnessed Myliu decimate the carcass of a rabbit. It was a flurry of teeth and claws and bones and gore. Her fictional eyebrows furrowed, but like Gabriel, she did not make an immediate move. "Geez, kid," the domestic breathed, eyes flickering to Gabe for the briefest of seconds.
