Beverly had spent her day, as usual, at work. They had slowed down during the latter part of the day and she'd been lucky enough to leave early, as she was the first server scheduled that morning. As much as she needed the hours and the money, she was exhausted, and could use a night off.
Sprawled out on the couch, she laid with her head in Ilijas' lap and reached for her phone.

Bev: hope you recover soon, shine! i'll try and visit soon
Bev: u guys have fun at the show! i'll be home getting some much needed relaxation
Bev: thea and lessa get back to work/class. word hard study hard or whatever
