Iota didn't know much about The Ascendants, aside from the fact that they were into stars or ... something. She also knew the fact that they were "allied" with Tanglewood. The concept of clans like Tanglewood and The Ascendants still weirded her out to this day, as she'd known nothing similar before stumbling upon the marshy wasteland-turned-home. She had many questions.
She had even more when some Ascendants came to their borders demanding to see Beck. What had been going on? She knew there was quite the influx of new people into the clan -- too many to keep track of -- but she didn't realize it had gotten out of hand. The scent of the Ascendants at their border was quite foreign to her, and the smell made her grimace, not that she had anything against them. She was just used to the scent of her own clanmates.
She'd be among the first to approach the angered duo of stargazers, bowing her head respectfully as she neared. Noticing their heated expressions and attitudes, the nurse kept her distance, canting her head to the side. "You guys Ascendants? What's this about?" She found it hard to believe that anyone in Tanglewood did anything to screw up their alliance -- after all, they at least seemed peaceful.
