It had been a while since the blue-tinted feline had met a new face, much less make a new friend. To be accepted into Tanglewood was like joining a family, she supposed, and as it was easy to enter such family, it was just as easy to gain the trust of its members, which the fae feared would be its ultimate downfall someday. Nonetheless, Iota was quite welcoming of its newcomers despite the mistrust of characters she could have. She couldn't fault anyone else for trusting new faces with such ease considering they were able to trust the former demon so quickly, although it was difficult to tell what sorts of emotions and thoughts went through their heads upon allowing these sorts of people in.
A fox was quite the unusual sight to be joining the clan, although the feline has definitely seen much, much weirder. What was strange, however, was the sight of the fox himself -- his eye was covered with a patch, indicating he was blind in one eye, and around his neck was a sort of bell. He also looked quite injured, the sight of blood making Iota wince herself slightly -- were those flowers that rested within it? She hesitated to speak for a moment, thinking to herself quietly that this newcomer seemed quite similar to herself in regards to the floral embellishments about his body, although they'd been nullified now with the passing of the solstice. The gradient blue hibiscus on her forehead fluttered in the wind as she approached the fox; he seemed friendly enough, right? She noticed that Fenris, Viggy and Freyja had already arrived to welcome him in with open arms, so obviously he lacked any kind of malicious intent. "So, your name's Bell, huh?" She snuck a peak at the bell against his chest again, smiling warmly. How cute. "Nice ta' meet you. Name's Iota. It's nice to see more new faces around here." She dipped her head in respect to the boy.
