// THIS IDEA WAS LONG OVERDUE BUT I DON'T CARE PLS BEAR WITH ME I AM BREATHING LIFE INTO MY CHILD
The summer solstice brought new beginnings to the land; celebrations erupted the grounds of the earth as the world celebrated the longest day of the year. The heat was immense today in Tanglewood as the relentless sun had stood in place longer than usual, its brightness beating upon the earth's inhabitants without prejudice. Iota had been preparing for the solstice in her greenhouse, preparing her plants to absorb as much of the sun's rays as possible on this rather generously given day. Each of the sun's rays blasted through the glass walls of the greenhouse, illuminating each speck of dust that'd been kicked up since her time at the once-abandoned conservatory. "I suppose there's not much left I can do here..."
Walking out unto the clan grounds, something seemed... different about the feline. She supposed it was perhaps her mood, that something was in the air that made her feel strange. No, it was much different than that.
She tread past a puddle of water from where it had rained a day prior, somehow not having been absorbed by the unrelenting ball of fire in the sky. Peering into it, she did indeed notice something different about her... her fur color changed from pink to blue.
"A-ah... Well, this is quite the change..." She didn't quite know how to process this new information about herself. On one hand, she did look quite attractive in blue. On the other hand... it reminded her of Oni. But he was gone, so why did it matter to her?
She paced around the grounds, quietly pondering how such a phenomenon could have occurred — and in such a small length of time. Maybe Nayru knew something? Considering it was something to do with Iota's biology, she doubted it. Maybe she'd find an answer in somebody though.
