Do not fear the dark wolf cub! -- Xenosmilus. COTC.
Odysseus shouldn’t of been there, she shouldn’t of followed the stench of blood and the sound of people talking. She should’ve turned around and went right back home. But the xenosmilus cub was curious, a little too curious for her own good.
So she stepped out of the bush, eyes widening at the sight of Zuriela. Her body froze, ears pinning against her head. She had never seen so much blood before and she shouldn’t have ever seen so much. Her gaze finally tired from the unconscious body and towards Romulus debating on what she should do. It briefly flashed in her mind that he would be fine to take care of things and let the adults handle this.
The cub was quickly snapped out of her thoughts when Natasha vomited nearby, an ear flicking at the soft words the other spoke. Odysseus wasn’t good at giving comfort, she wasn’t made to do that. But she was big for a cub and she did want to help and this she knew what to do. So Odysseus padded over to the other, making her steps loud enough so Natasha could hear her approach. The girl would attempt to press against Natasha’s side, hoping to help ground and ease the other of her panic attack.
