He couldn't help the angry tears. This son of a bitch was back in his life. He wanted him gone - he thought he'd been gone for good the last time. Fending off an angry hiccup, jaws clenched around the hilt of the dagger that had been gifted to him by the very one in front of him. An angry sob left him as he watched him as he circled, following the others circling with a twist of his head and his own tail lashing.
The growl scared him, the fear inside of him picked up at that growl. But he was the one that the other was focused on. Flattening his ears and steeling his resolve. He wasn't going to lay down and die because he was told to. He was going to get some payment for what was done to him. It was then that his aching paw that he'd twisted gave out on him, his body lurching forward towards the ground as he tried to catch himself. He couldn't afford to fall, even if his exhausted body was telling him otherwise.
