- so the first thing i guess is that this was likely dropped by vale (his sister) because currently clarence isn't completely out so he'll be a bit awkward and might treat it more as a platonic situation, regardless of his feelings
- probably someone that could convince him to be a little more relaxed and calm
- someone who could convince him to take more risks
- maybe someone who understands his history p well or would be willing to deal with his confusion about the modern world
- someone who'd genuinely care about his physical and mental well-being
