Months. That's how long it's been since Icarus had left his home in search of finding somewhere else to reside. His father had up and disappeared and he waited for so long for him to return yet he never did. And food was starting to become scarce so Icarus had no choice but to finally pack up and leave.

Light colored paws drag across the ground, the sound filtering up towards dark ears that flatten to the side as the head their attached to lowers. A soft whine slips past his muzzle, he's growing tired of traveling. He just wants to rest, is that too much to ask for?

Finally the scent of a group drifts across Icarus' path. His head perks up and he's turning in the direction of it, his movements turning into a run. He slows down once he reaches the border, hesitating at the edge but eventually deciding to step over and settle onto his haunches as he awaits for someone to hopefully find him. God he could only hope that they will accept him here.

The shape on the border was what made her move to investigate. Paws slowed to a stop as she got a good look at the stranger. He seemed... very familiar. Familial. With a snort she started again, stopping when she was a few feet of Icarus. "You're on Pitt territory. Who are you, and what do you want?" She couldn't shake the feeling that she knew this stranger, years ago.

A dark head turned towards the stranger when his ears picked up on the sound of paws drawing closer and soon a voice reaching them. The two were quickly chased by a familiar scent, one that caused the male to squint at the form, eyebrows furrowing as he tried to place the scent. Finally it hit him. Icarus' eyes widened as he quickly stood up and bounded over to Kold. "Sister!" He called out excitedly, childlike innocence filling him as he bounced around around. "Is that really you sister?" he asked, as he attempted to brush against her side.

It wasn't even a second after she showed up when the other brushed up against her. For a second she recoiled, brain not registering who this was. Slowly the gears turned, and she looked in disbelief. "Icarus...? Icarus!?" She gasped, eyes wide in disbelief. Stepping back, she started to circle around him, looking at him. "It's been... it's been years!!"

Icarus felt Kold recoil but didn't get much time to process it for mere seconds later she recognized him. He happily circled him as she did the same, tail wagging as soft laughter rung out. "Yes! It's been so long Kold!" He finally stopped moving, his front half dropping down to the ground in a playful bow. "How have you been sister?"
