Max's vision of the Enclave was that of a clan that others could turn to for assistance, a clan that would fight valiantly to maintain peace on this chaotic Island. Fortunately there were no incidents that called for their urgent response as of yet, but he couldn't bother taking the gamble of being unprepared when the time came. With the requirement of the Nostos and their numbers growing, he was certain that his clan would have the strength to take on any duty that would befall them. The more glaring issue, though, was the organization of it all. In that, of course, that there was none whatsoever.
The Alpha had noticed a trend of people who seemingly believed it to be perfectly acceptable to just waltz into their territory and demand something from them, even if there was no emergency at all. Among them was one of the Pitt's Ardents, who had commissioned Sora for...an art project? Why travel so far just for that? Well, shit, maybe she's just that good, huh? Regardless, he wasn't disturbed by the individual occurrences so much as the notion of outsiders being able to do so. In the event of a true emergency, what would happen then? It would be chaos, a complete nightmare. A train wreck waiting to happen. They needed a system, something to smooth the whole process out.
So he up and did it himself on a whim.
In the span of a few long, tiring mornings and evenings, Maximilian gathered resources throughout the woodlands, carving some sturdy wood himself and scavenging for other supplies in some still-abandoned cabins in the far corners of the Enclave's camp. Before long, there were a few bulletin boards placed firmly upon the redwoods located on the outskirts of their forest home, positioned by the borders so prospective visitors wouldn't have to do much walking. Pads of paper rested upon the boards, along with tacks to keep them in place and a few graphite pencils for writing purposes.
Maximilian, upon completing his project, spared no time in revealing his plan to his clanmates. "If anyone's been lookin' for work, I got it for ya," he had announced within the clusters of cabins where the other Enclavians rested before leading them to the closest bulletin board not too far from the camp.
This probably looked like nothing to them upon first glance, so he took the time to explain it all. "The Enclave's finest will be sent out across the Island to provide assistance to all who need it. Groups, loners, your mother, whatever the fuck." The wolf approached the board and tapped upon the papers and pencils as he continued. "If someone needs anyt'in', they take a piece of paper, write a note down, stick it on here. I'll be collectin' 'em, assignin' case numbers, all that fun stuff. Keep shit organized, right? If you see a job you like and are eligible for, take it and go help out the poor soul or souls that went all the way over here to tell us 'bout it. Once you're done, close the case, scrap the paper. Capisce?" He huffed for a silent beat, pleased with his description. "Only Omegas and above can take a case. Get your Nostos done, then you can start. Otherwise, go wild. No more sitting on your ass, waiting for me to bring work."
