Any qualifications or previous experience?:
1. I have been a part of forum role playing since 2012.
2. I already moderate another community and have experience making sure that members keep in line with the rules and being an ethical moderator; our discord has close to 250 members and our subreddit has close to 4000.
3. I’m a business management major, so it’s a part of my degree to learn how to and maintain groups and projects and so on.  I‘m also taught about how to be an ethical and good leader in my fields.
Why would you like to be staff?: For me, doing community management stuff helps me get experience with my major. I have to follow the ethical decision making process, learn how to use tools for the platforms, and pioneer a healthy community. I also want to be helpful for BoB’s community and hope to provide a new voice.
Got any fun facts about yourself?: Apex Legends Hyperfixation. I used to weld.
