Roman is 43 months old mentally, having been born February 2nd of 2015 in this current reincarnation he doesn't remember his first reincarnation, though in his current body he is about two years younger at the moment. He knows a lot of medic stuff, whether it be from having a ton of medical stuff done on himself, or because he used to be a medic apprentice as a kid, but some stuff he knows is stuff that a lot don't have to deal with, such as amputation. He also used to have a ton of powers, and can teach others about how to use theirs.

He's currently a shiba, is bisexual, and will very soon be missing a his back left leg
