these two can probably have a really blasé conversation about Fickle Humanity if oriole ever reveals that he himself Isnt Human - the kind of stuff edgy immortals probably discuss very often, bc who else do they have to complain about - or ACTUALLY!! without oriole even revealing himself to be a fae, they could just casually lapse into a rly mutually flippant complaining session about mortals, bc gross mortals are they right, and only after their discussion rialto could probably think it over and be like . mmm feel as though humans wouldn't Normally be that nihilistic. Oh Well
i can imagine that in most of their interactions rialto rly wants to pet cookie, probably gets bitten many times, and he and oriole eventually become Great Buds (as literally as you want them to be, Wiggly Eyebrows) throwing half-hearted barbs at each other, tugging each other's pigtails and pinching each other's cheeks. u know, like adults.
