The Cathedral held one room that was redesigned from ceiling to floor -- becoming a kitchen for the Lord and Lady. It held a variety of foods, most grown out of the farm and Farmhouse and some traded or bought. Among the traded and bought items were caskets and bottles of various wines. There was no beer in the castle, something Julius fully agreed with. Said Jackal was nose deep in the wine cellar, a branched off room from the kitchen. Empty wine bottles from past parties lay strewn about, most likely to be used for lanterns or such.

"Empty... Empty... Fucking empty!" He tossed bottles into a basket next to him, grabbing them and huffing whenever one was void of it's contents. "Finally." He grumbled, holding a full bottle of red wine. "At the very least, the adults have something to drink." He grinned, and started to sort out the wines. Red from White, earthy from fruity. He started to hum gently, stopping to huff whenever he found an empty bottle.

Belly full to bursting with blood, Ichor swooped through the doorway and circled the door as xe gracefully decelerated. The glistened bottles made xyr head swim; larger mammals used so much resources, didn’t they? If xe drank more than half a teaspoon, xe was useless for a whole day and night.

“Don’t tell me. You need more? For less than thirty?” Ichor clicked xyr tongue. A full meal for xem was two tablespoons. “Well. You are big. Yet far from the biggest.” Xe circled the room slowly now, faster than most could run, but slow for Ichor’s top speed. “Maybe the Imperium needs reliable trade. Or seize a valley. For wine.”

The woman had been off. Her news was likely spread. Pregnancy was never silent. This bothered her, but she held that in. She was far to fragile and delicate to show such anger, no? The woman slipped up to her husband and tilted her head a bit. Watching him sort through the drinks. Tail swishing slightly as she turned to trot to a different shelf. Pulling a few full bottles and heading back to his side. Setting them in their respective place before humming softly.

Hmm. I can find some juices in the kitchen. Grape for the kids. And others that cant drink. She had some stashed away for herself as of late. Not that she would admit that. Ever.
